All items returned must be unaltered in original condition including packaging. Special Discounted items and Custom Orders such as Closures, Frontals, are not eligible for refund. All products are thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory, and double checked before sent to you in order to ensure consistency and quality. We highly encourage that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles to make sure you are satisfied with the product.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or purchase, you can exchange for a different product that meet your expectations. You may take advantage of a full store credit refund, not including applicable shipping costs. Return your item to Mixx Femme Luxury Hair Extensions using the same shipping address on package as you will be able to track your return and receive your store credit. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law.

PLEASE NOTE

Federal law states we cannot resell human hair products that have been in contact with the bare scalp. We can not accept defective hair that has been installed.

To get a full refund you must meet the following criteria below:

• Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back at customer’s expense. (30 days = date package left our facility to date the return is received).
• Merchandise must be returned before refund. Please allow 72 hours after received merchandise for return to be processed. Upon approval of return we will email the Mixx Femme e-gift card. Please do not send unauthorized returns.
• We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.
